Kivoonim – a center for the orientation and empowerment for young adults and discharged soldiers, where on behalf of the
Ashdod Municipality, the following services are provided

* Department of Immigrants that operates in several languages, such as: English, Russian, French, Spanish and Amharic
Provides information and support through the process of enrolling in higher education and completion of matriculation* Up-to-date and reliable database with information about Israeli higher educational facilities at all levels, country-wide and the entry
level requirements
* Guidance services for discharged soldiers who are unsure of their academic choices, This entails: *diagnostics and
occupation studies at a reduced cost
                                             Job placement and employment opportunities
   Updated data about scholarship and support foundation for students and
                                                             immigrants
Preparation courses for the Psychometric exam
  Evaluation test in several languages and reduced cost
All this is provided as a service by the city of Ashdod for its youth
